There’s three major factors that you need to consider when selling your property.

Number one is preparing your home for sale and that’s with updated maintenance, declutter, property styling for presentation. 

Number two, an agency agreement. That’s a contract between you and your chosen agent for them to be able to bring prospective buyers to your home.
